Thank you Scott for the entertainment and the thought provoking substack. I appreciate the info on IVM and your willingness to share the important data. I am proud and grateful to be one of your patients. As a fellow nurse you do me proud! The majority of us entered nursing with the simplest of intentions which is to help our fellow man using the skills given to us by our creator to help alleviate their pain and or suffering. God Bless all nurses who continue those intentions!
of her field re: fecal transplants. We’ve spoken together on this topic, and I have three patients who have seen her in consultation. In practice she has directed my patients to stop IVM out of concern for it inhibiting their micro biome. I have guided my patients to continue IVM, because each of them had microclotting which I think is the priority pathology. It is folly for me to try and explain what appears to be a contradiction in her public position and private practice. It is most likely related to the individual nature and uniqueness of each person. Our micro biome is like a fingerprint and there isn’t a blanket answer or treatment to cover all situations.
Hi Jennifer, Yes, detailed, individualized dosing advice should be in a visit. Whether the war is lost is a matter of perspective. From my front row seat, I would say that most people and the majority of the medical system still don’t get what has been perpetrated, and the shots are being required for children to attend school. Pierre testifies tomorrow in the Brazilian senate against universal childhood COVID shots from six months and up. Not sure what else to say.
Oh Scott, I'm not even a third of the way through reading this one, and had to pause to tell you how much I enjoy your writing. You are just two years older than I am (which floors me, because you look WAY younger than your age!), so I relate to many of your stories. I am one of Dr. Kory's telemed patients for PASC. I'm unvaccinated, but spent two months in the hospital (35 days on a vent) for covid two years ago. I'm so glad one of Dr. Kory's nurses recommended your Substack to me.
Thank you Scott for a really interesting look at ivermectin! I heard about it early and convinced my family doc to prescribe it as a preventative for my self and husband and to have extra on hand if needed. We were able to fill the RX at a CVS for about 9 months until something happened and they would no longer fill it. I was able to order from India for awhile - later found a good source in Florida. I was taking it (a 12 mg tablet) once a week for quite awhile. Using the FLCCC protocol, the dose was about 13.5 for my weight of just under 150#, but I felt it was close enough. As time has gone on, I've read more and more positive reviews - as yours - on the benefits of IVM. So lately, I boosted the dose to a daily tablet. I never got the vax, but have family and friends who did. So the shedding is a given - just being out in crowds is also a given. In your opinion, is the 12 mg tablet sufficient to receive the full benefit? Thank you so much for being a part of the FLCCC - such a great group that have saved so many with the the protocols and personal treatments!
I don't think the war is near over yet. I think the freedom movement is slowly gaining ground, hopefully we reach the tipping point where people start jumping on board.
In sports most everyone is a loser most of the time, Tom Brady was on 7 super bowl winners, but there were twice as many years he was not.
I love your stories, they resonate with me and my childhood. I am from PA, my grandparents from Czechoslovakia.
I am a survivor of long haul Covid, I suffered for 2 years. I am an Adult and Geriatric NP. No longer practicing as such since Covid but rather as a Hospice RN. I wish I could treat long haulers in South Carolina but have never been able to find a collaborative. I am treating with Carolina Holistic Medicine. Ivermectin only helped me a little. Currently I am back to my old self, lots of energy and I work 7 days a week doing hospice on call and prn work.
This is what turned the corner for me. I ordered a nasal swab and found positive MARCANS in my sinuses. Treated them with compounded nasal spray with EDTA and multiple antibiotics, called BEG spray from those who follow Dr. Shoemakers work. After clearing my MARCANs my mast cells calmed down a lot and I could start eating more foods again. The other game changers were methylene blue, EDTA po and rectal, chlorine dioxide solution - I follow the work of Dr. Kalcker and Vit C ascorbate powder. Chlorine Dioxide Solution is an oxidant so I don’t take antioxidants concurrently when I am using CDS.
I work daily on keeping my mast cells calm with Pepcid bid, Claritin and Quercetin bid. Another weird thing that was a game changer was FlorAlive Flower Essences out of Nashville, TN. Check out Dr. Brent Davis’s work- it’s all about energy. I tried everything and was not healing even with the help of my functional medicine doctor. I was desperate and kept researching and have tried everything. If I was stuck on an island and could only pick 2 remedies it would be the FlorALive flower essences and the Chlorine Dioxide Solution.
I’m currently working on parasite protocol with Mebendazole and CDS.
I was down to only a couple of foods that I could eat without getting brain fog, insomnia and swollen joints and now I can eat anything and everything again.
Continue your good work, I look forward reading more of your work and listening to you and Dr Kory on podcast.
We could probably trade halubki recipes, although that seems to be more familiar to Slovaks than Czechs. Glad to hear from an NP reader and thanks for sharing your story.
See previous comment. At this point it should be possible to get human tabs from India if you don’t have a prescriber.
I've ordered from alldaychemist dot com in India twice with no issues.
In general, 12mg appears to be an adequate dose for maintenance, but it really depends on the individual’s circumstances.

Thanks, Scott. I’ve been unclear as to how to reconcile this, and that’s clarity. 😊🙏💩Kira.
The FLCCC lists Indian pharmacies from which you can get 12mg tabs without Rx for about 25 cents each.

Is your daily tablet 12 mg?
Yes it is.

I love the humanity and depth knowledge you bring to these Substacks! Thank you @ Scott Marsland
I try to dissuade people from mixing it into their smoothies and drinking it. The most benefit is seen when people sip it over at least eight hours.
In reply to Margaret and others: Trim Healthy Mama has a good, third party tested version of Baobab powder, which they call Baobab Boost.
