Hi Tanya,

I shared your question with Peter Simonson, an owner of Juvent. His reply was that the exact opposite is true. There have been no documented cases of detached retinas on the Juvent. Based on my experience with the Juvent, I would agree with his assessment, because its vibration is dialed in to the range which stimulates the bones without injuring the organs. It literally vibrates the width of two pieces of paper, and is so gentle that if I speak while on it, you can't hear the vibration in my voice. It is safe, and the other vibrating machines on the market are not. The competitors like PowerPlate are harmful, forceful vibrating machines.
