Might want to replace the word “queues” with “cues” in the transcript. Less confusing (buggy AI?).

I only see cue, but hey, it’s been a long day. It wasn’t buggy AI, just a tired editor.

Example at end of question 5

“You’re ultimately using middle frequency sounds to give your body repeated queues of safety. Reteaching your body that it’s safe.”

And question 6:

“It gives your body another queue of safety that you can’t necessarily give yourself.”

Just wondering if she meant “cue” or a waiting “line”?

Spot on. Corrected. In context, Aly meant cue.

Sounds like a helpful program for limbic system impairment. One that I found that produced healing for me (I went from three meds and four hours of sleep a night for 20 years to no meds and 7 to 8 hours of actual sleep in three months of practice) is called DNRS, dynamic neural retraining system. Once you learn the program, it works if you do the work; commitment, consistency and imagination was all that was required from me. I don't work for them, just sharing my experience.

I think of DNRS similarly to Physical Therapy. As you said, ”It works if you work.” Many PASC and vax injured are in such a tough place that having a trained and compassionate person work with them accelerates their recovery. The vagus nerve acts as a bridge between the brain and the body, while the limbic system helps regulate how emotions and physiological responses interact. This connection highlights why practices that increase vagal tone, like deep breathing or meditation, can improve emotional regulation and reduce stress.

As I was reading Aly Burt describe her symptoms, they sounded very familiar. (I don't tend to listen to electronic recordings, b/c of my noise sensitivity) However, except for some numb toes, my sensory issues didn't come from COVID. And I chose not to get the COVID vax. I initially began seeking soft, non-scratchy, non-binding clothing after I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2001, but it wasn't until a MVA and the resulting concussion in 2016 - that my sensory system became increasingly overwhelmed. I have read that the cognitive/vestibular symptoms of Long COVID can be similar to those of Post Concussion Syndrome. (my eventual diagnosis) Have you used this therapy on anyone with PCS? I have received extensive treatment, but my remaining cognitive/sensory issues are such that I determined that it wouldn't be safe for me to return to nursing - even if I were able to handle the sensory overload. (It's bad enough I wouldn't even be able to handle being a Walmart greeter- the noise of the carts would drive me batty) I am curious to know if this treatment has been used effectively for other purposes.

My partner Pierre has often publicly stated that the syndromes we associate with Covid and the Covid shots are essentially ME-CFS myalgic encephalitis chronic fatigue syndrome in a new incarnation. I will ask Aly if she is aware of people in her network who have used safe and sound protocol for PCS. If you haven’t read about DMSO in his Substack “The Forgotten Side of Medicine, I would suggest that you start reading the series which A Midwestern Doctor has written. There are many paths forward, and DMSO offers some hope to people who have suffered concussions. So does hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Hi I'm a nurse too and have chronic illness like fibro. Totally understand what you are saying about energy level and sensitivity to clothes. Haven't worn jeans in 13 years. Please look into ozone sauna. Opens up the pores and allows ozone in. I only did 1 session this past sat and feel more mental clarity and energy today and ive tried EVERYTHING under the sun. Also doing colonics and at home dail enemas (for now not forever) once a week to get rid of toxins that way too. Check out nethersprings on you tube. She's my colon therapist

/health coach and does the ozone oils/ saunas. She teaches to do self care at home so you can get better faster and not have to rely on others to care for you. She's very passionate. She used to have so many chronic illnesses and is so much better now. https://youtube.com/@netherspringshealth?si=hNhhROiViccGXXe1.

God bless and pray you are healed

How sad is it that $1200 is unattainable these days. I just helped my friend out, with $60 of pop bottles to return. He was a nurse for 17 years… and no one will help him. His husband just died 2 months ago, also from vaccine injuries.. and he is just dying slow… because no one cares, and no one will help. It’s so f’ing sad to see it happening with open eyes.

I witnessed much of the same as I was starting nursing school, volunteering to make meals for home bound men with AIDS. It was Fauci 101. It isn’t that people don’t care as much as how great the need has become.

Three key takeaways: pandemic, vaccine injuries, tons of free stuff on YouTube. Let's start with YouTube, nothing free on Alphabet/Google/PentagonTube, free means you are the product. As for the first two, there wasn't a Pandemic, the kill shots were quit affective. I am viewing this interview on the last free speach platform on earth, Substack and my comment goes to the heart of the issue and would be immediately removed under "Hate Speach/Cyber Bullying/Sling it against the wall, make it stick" guidelines, outside of Substack and if I just happened to be in Euroland, locked up for two years. Conclusion: your selling something, kind of like "The Wellness Company", making bank at our gullibility.

We have subsidized SSP for thirty five of our patients. The first tier were treated at no charge. The second at $400, the last at $1250. We’re still losing money on the effort. But, we are meeting an unmet need for our patients. It’s easy for an armchair jockey to made confident pronouncements such as yours. I’ve been living the Covid nightmare of vaccine injury and laboring in earnest to help people heal, acting with courage and integrity. Who have you helped?

Surprising that there is no mention of any repurposed drugs like Ivermectin, Mebendazole, etc.

Is there any data that long covid is distinct from vax injury... Ie... What is the course of long covid in unvaccinated individuals?

If what you consider data is only randomized control trials, I don’t think so. if you place value upon the fact that we have treated thousands of patients since February 2022 in our practice, there is a mountain of data about the difference between the two. But, honestly, most of our treatment of spikopathy moves along similar lines, regardless of whether someone had Covid, says they didn’t have Covid or received the COVID shots. 99% of studies related to post acute sequela of Covid or long-haul neglect those who received the Covid shots.

Expand full comment

🤔 My question is just this - is there a similar number of vaxxed and unvaccinated patients devolping long covid? If the majority of people getting long covered are vaccinated, wouldn't that be significant. There was intentionally a lot of confusion created around vaccine roll outs, one goal was never to clearly distinguish the difference in the course of disease between those who received shots and those who didn't. Putting someone who got one shot or didn't get boosted after a certain time in the unvaccinated camp was a clear sign that things were intentionally muddled. Covid has created a whole new branch of medicine, for successful treatment and outcomes it is important to differentiate if it is the disease that caused subsequent poor outcomes or long-term health sequlae or was it the prevention protocol utilizing vaccines?

In our practice, we see about 70% vax injured and 30% PASC. Due to the lack of public health data I can’t say if that is the general ratio in the population. It’s a fundamental fact that the spike protein from illness is different than the spike protein from the vaccines. Prolines were changed with the mRNA vaccines. There is a urine test coming to market which will directly measure spike levels and distinguish between vaccinated and unvaccinated. The difference is the presence or absence of the proline changes. That should help separate the wheat from the chaff.

In mRNA vaccines like Pfizer-BioNTech’s and Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines, two proline amino acid substitutions were made to stabilize the spike (S) protein of SARS-CoV-2 in its prefusion (original) structure. This stabilized form helps the immune system recognize and mount a response against the virus.

The specific modifications, called K986P and V987P, change lysine and valine at positions 986 and 987 to proline in the spike protein sequence. These proline substitutions keep the spike protein in the desired shape, resembling the virus’s structure when it first binds to cells.

The best explanation I have for bad batches is that these mNA shots we’re supposed to be kept at special low temperatures and due to mishandling at one or more points between manufacture and delivery, were thawed out for long enough that the proteins unfolded so that when they were encountered by the immune system, they more closely resembled our own cells and triggered a profound auto immune response.

A patient I saw today told me that he found a British website which showed the locations in the world with the highest concentration of bad batches. The CVS drugstore from which he got his shot had the fifth highest number of bad batches anywhere in the world. Makes you think that somebody was mishandling the product.
