Thank you Scott! I super-enjoy your writings. They are fun and packed with a 360* and artfulness not often found anywhere in my reading universe. I love your SubStack equally as much as James Howard Kunstler’s.

Last year my right eye flashed and now I sport a floater. I’m sure it’s a spike floater. I enjoyed seeing/hearing you speak in AZ in February, gain much from your writings, and wish you had a clinic in AZ!!!! Take care!

Hi Scott, I really look forward to your posts, love the family reflections and photos, AND I really value all of the great stuff about detoxing spike and treating spikeopathy. The info from people like you and Pierre, who are treating spike-injured patients is like gold! My hubby and I never got the shots and have never had COVID. We have taken IVM for over 3 yrs as prophylaxis. I’m sure we have been exposed to shedding from others. You’d have to live in a bubble to not have experienced shedding. Do you think it makes sense for us to have a spike antibody test just for baseline info? I’m taking IVM and Fenben as part of a cancer recurrence (breast) prevention effort. Doing it on my own. 🤞

After using the LabCorp spike antibody, or IgG for more than a thousand patients, and watching it go up or down in relation to shedding, and efforts to break down the spike, I find it to be an invaluable tool. Anyone who wants to pull back the veil on how their immune system may be responding to spike would benefit from performing this test at least once.

Wow, thank you for writing this. Somehow I think this may be the first of your articles that I have read. I am extremely interested in what you have to say about responding to our current health issues. I stumbled upon something about 6 months ago that seems promising.....you probably know about Chlorine Dioxide Solution and the work of Andreas Kalcker. Also, The Midwestern Doctor writes a substack and once discussed Zeta Potential, which I found completely fascinating. I have been hydrating according to this advice for over a year now, and because it improves blood flow it has improved my energy dramatically. THANK you for your writing, and advice. I will keep reading.

Pierre and I utilize what AMD wrote about Zeta Potential, although our clinical results with Zeta Aid have been mixed, because over time many patients developed bloating and/or lower extremity edema. We don't use chlorine dioxide as common practice, as it tends to be complicated for people with brain fog to manage.

Interesting! I can see CDS being a challenge, so many things to remember. It also seems like it takes a disciplined person to be successful. Or maybe a person with a big enough problem to be motivated to keep up the regimen. One of the hardest parts of doing Zeta for me is sourcing appropriate water. (Hulda Clark advised against drinking water in plastic, because of residues of substances used to clean the bottling equipment. )

Thank you for this great article! Love your information! I did not get any of the jabs, but of course what you're saying is that all of us are still exposed to other people who did. And they can shed the spike. So what OTC supplements are wise for us to take on a regular basis? I now take the augmented NAC (pricey it is!), the nattokinase maybe once a week, baobab powder in my morning smoothie once a week (can increase if needed - helps elimination a lot!). Cannot get the LDN w/o an RX. And I have on hand IVM in the 12 mg tablets which I usually take 2 or 3 X a week - can increase that. I buy it online from the 2nd Smartest Guy in the World2SG's links to:

https://www.virex.health/index.php?route=product%2Fproduct&product_id=53

- it comes from Florida but is made in India. Thank for all help!

Thanks for reading Fain. In a future post I'll write more about EGCG, which blocks spike entry into cells, and is the active ingreditent in green tea and Baobab. I'll also plan to go into detail about IVM dosing and frequency, because there have been many questions about that, and I want to respond more generally, than a way which can be construed as personal medical advice. Supplements can be tricky, because they are not all created equally, and some even have poly ethylene glycol or PEG in them.

I saw in a recent FLCCC short on Rumble where Kristina Morrow brought up potential negative effect of long-term use of ivermectin on gut flora. Scott if you could address this issue when you talk about IVM dosage and frequency it would be much appreciated!

In practice, I haven't found long-term use of IVM to negatively impact the GI flora. In patients who utilize pro-biotics such as Baobab, studies of flora such as th GI Effects from Genova Diagnostics have shown healthy populations of commensal bacteria.

Thank you Scott! I've read about the Green Tea - EGCG - before but only in a general way, so I'd appreciate all the info you can share for all of us!

Also I've read that IVM helps inflammation in the whole body, and I have a skin condition that causes inflammation mostly on my feet and lower legs, but also to some degree on the arms. I recently read about low dose -5mg- lithium orotate was good for brain fog, increasing clear thinking. What do you think about that? Thank you again!

I get LDN from India, from the same company, rximpex.in, that I get IVM. Hope this helps. Hillary

I love how funny you are. A couple stacks ago it was an animal trying to hump your leg, and every stack has something that cracks me up. Q. I’ve been pondering 🤔 for some time: Given that we’re likely all micro-clotting 1-800 All-The-Time, how accurate are the IgG levels of SARS Abs & Nucleocapsid Abs? You report that your most severe pts have sticky viscous Ab-clogged blood, but do you have pts who have zero Abs + never got obviously ill, and yet then had all their 💩 hit the fan in one or more body systems, after a significant exposure (i.e.such as caring for a + family member, etc.)? Hmmmmm; Inquiring Shrems want to know.

Thanks Kira. In my study of thousands of lab results on our patients, I haven't seen a direct correlation between spike ab levels and microclotting scores. This means that I have seen people with microclotting of 4 of 4, and spike ab in the 100s, or >25,000. I've also seen patients with microclotitng of 2 of 4, and spike ab in the 100s, or >25,000. The point being that the two values need to be treated separately and in clinical context. I can count the number of patients with spike ab approaching zero on one hand. As I discussed in both of my lectures at the FLCCC conferences (which I think are rich resources that answer many possible followup questions), sometimes a low spike ab is due to poorly funcitoning immune system which can't mount an antibody response. And yes, plenty of them have beceome quite ill after shedding exposures.

I did a review on a bunch of FLCCC supplements last year. Coincidentally, most of them are mast cell stabilizers. My "cheap histamine test" is 500 mg niacin. I take it every day. If I start to flush, this suggests to me I am having a histamine response to something - although I think everyone flushes when trying it out the first time. Supposedly, niacinamide is also a MC stabilizer.

Thanks for the Ketotifen reference. I was taking benadryl for histamine - until I read it blocks acetylcholine, which is required for stuff like memory. True or a "War on Antihistamines"? I don't know. But my body (for some reason) likes it when I drink pale green tea - preferably the medium-priced stuff from "Longjing". That's EGCG I guess.

Histamine seems to be a major player in spike-land. Anyone remember the Spanish nursing home that gave H1 blockers to their old people and nobody died from Covid - back in 2020? 100% positive, nobody died.

"Antihistamines and azithromycin as a treatment for COVID-19 on primary health care – A retrospective observational study in elderly patients"

My guess is, less spikes, less histamine.

Thanks also for the spike/RBC explanation.

I recently learned that EGCG is a mast cell stabilizer! Pierre and I use it in most of our adjunctive cancer care patients. Benadryl is a blunt instrument. I've used it for good effect in many patents in the Emergency setting, to reverse an anaphylactic response. But, it's a lipid soluble medicaiton, crosses the blood brain barrier, disrupts sleep architecture when taken before bed, and has been linked to higher risk of developing dementia.

Well now I guess I'll have to add EGCG. Iherb thanks you. I definitely have a "histamine issue", although its better after IVM and Baobab. Just assessing from my niacin flush which is almost gone now.

Speaking of cancer - I ran into this paper back in 2020. Professor has done 20 years of research into zinc and cancer - I looked at all his papers over time. Cancer cells hate zinc - they downregulate it - because zinc kills the cancer cells. Nobody ever funded any trials. (I wonder why?). EGCG is a zinc ionophore. So is HCQ. And quercetin. He tried it in one (1) patient - with clioquinol, a very strong zinc ionophore. Does it work generally? I'm sure NIH will find out Real Soon Now.

my understanding is that flush niacin makes you flush. there is also non-flush niacin, however it is suggested to use flush. there was a doctor dmitri kats if i am not mistaken that suggested both niacin and lgluthamine back in covid days.

however, i am taking both - do not see any harm doing it. from what i understand there are only good things from both.

I genuinely enjoyed each of the sections of this Substack, Scott, and thank you for your sensitive and moving articles.

Like you, I am a physician and, like you, I use the word "genocide" openly. In fact, I have been using it openly as the coming intention since 2004. I grieve deeply to have been right and urge everyone who has any interest in the preservation of humanity as a species or in the survival of our institutions, like the family, representative democracy, Informed Consent, national sovereignty, etc., to visit PreventGenocide2030.org and take the actions there to 1. [for folks with a US address[ Getting the US out of the UN Death Machine by helping to pass the Disengaging Entirely From the UN Debacle Act of 2023 (you can read it there), 2. [for everyone, anywhere], signing the Declaration rejecting the UN tyranny and 3. [for everyone, anywhere] reading the Legal Memo which makes it clear that no country, including the US, has any non-fraudulent treaty or other obligation to the UN or any of its component parts. Then please share the link as widely as possible.
