Hi Scott, What a great substack. I am blown away by your discipline. I am also inspired. And you go off to work after all of that? If you see this could you please link to the grounding sheet and pillow case? Are you by chance familiar with Dr. Thomas Levy and his body of work on Vitamin C? He is a big proponent of liposomal vitamin, specifically from livonlabs.com. The process they use makes the vitamin C more bioavailable (more technical details than appropriate in comments). Many blessings to you.
I’m familiar with Dr Levy, Livon and liposomal Vit C. My partner Dr Pierre Kory, and colleague Dr Paul Marik are both published Vitamin C experts, and have told me many times that liposomal Vitamin C is a gimmick. In Dr Marik’s cancer monograph he writes about the limitations of our GI tract to absorb more than 500mg of Vitamin C at a time. I understand the idea of sublingual absorption, but he doesn’t buy it.
Thanks Scott. I’m glad to know Dr. Marik and Dr. Kory’s perspective, especially given their expertise and authority on the use of Vitamin C. I appreciate the link.
Missed your posts while you took a (I'm sure much needed) break. That is quite a routine and it is so cool that you've used inputs from so many different sources. Can you point out a good source for the message technique that you use. Also I've taking LDN in the evening, better to take in the morning? I switched to taking my NAC in the morning when I saw that in a previous post.
We start LDN in our patients at bedtime due to initial nausea, dizziness and sleepiness which a small number of people experience at the onset of treatment. This typically resolves within a few weeks. Next, some people start to experience sleep disturbances when taking LDN in the evening and we counsel them to take it in the morning. For pain control, splitting a dose to twice a day can be more effective, but otherwise taking it in the evening or the morning can be equally effective. I take NAC twice a day, so you’re only getting half the picture.
Thank you again for your writing. I continue to look forward to each writing. I hope you’re doing well.
I also wanted to ask you the specific brand of vibrating plate device you mentioned a while ago - I know it’s expensive but I want to look into it and make sure not to get a device that is detrimental. You and Dr Kory both use them. Would you kindly give me that brand again.

Thank you 😊
I love how you credit these great learning moments/people in your life, Scott, & share them. Be well! ❤️🙏

See under notes with video of self massage.
If Scott misses your Q, might look into “Do-In” self massage/shiatsu. Videos and books.
Thanks!
